Tuesday: 6AM MORRIL MADNESS @ Miller Steps
Wednesday: 8pm Swim Practice @ Carmichael Gym
Friday: 4PM Brick (Bike + Run + Fun) @ Miller Steps
Sunday: 8am Bike Ride @ Student Health Center parking lot
*It is not required to attend all practices.
*Weekend workouts are usually cancelled on race weekends
