Monday:         OFF
Tuesday:         6AM MORRIL MADNESS 
Wednesday:    8pm Swim Practice at Carmichael Gym
Thursday:        OFF
Friday:            3PM Brick (Bike + Run + Fun) 
Saturday:        OFF
Sunday:           9am bike ride meet @ Student Health Center parking lot

*It is not required to attend all practices. Try to make all of the blue practices
*Weekend workouts are usually cancelled on race weekends
