Below is a basic weekly group workout schedule. The Google calendar below has the majority of our races and information about volunteering opportunities. Check our Moodle page or Facebook page recent updates about group workouts.
2013 Winter Practice Schedule:
Monday: 6:00pm run practice at Miller Field steps
Tuesday: NO practice
Wednesday: 8:00pm Swim Practice at Carmichael Gym, 25yd Pool
Thursday: 5:00pm run practice at Miller Field steps
Friday: 6:30-7:30am spin class in Carmichael Rec Center spin room (second floor, room furthest from steps)
4-6:00pm Run/strength practice at Miller Field steps
Saturday: No practice
Sunday: 9:00am bike ride meeting in Student Health Center parking lot
Towards the beginning of 2014 we will determine what Spring races besides Collegiate Nationals we will be doing as a team.
