Asked about the performances from the team, club president Chris Fundanish responded, “NC State triathlon is a legitimate contender for the team titles and everyone now realizes that.”
Up next for the NC State Triathlon team is the MACTC conference championships which will be taking place at the Rev3 Half Full in Columbia, Maryland on October 7th. Head coach, Brooks Doughtie, asked about their chances replied, “I couldn’t be more proud of where this team has come from and where this team is going. I think the excitement on the team is at an all time high level, and I think the kids can go out there and compete and represent themselves and NC State very well.”
