Off Season Shenanigans

Great season this year guys. Over the off season think about what you want to improve on: endurance, strength, passing class, whatever. We will continue workouts, but they will not be at the same level of intensity until just before the first races of the semester. We will pick a duathlon or running race in February to kick things off. Clermont is March 7&8, and Azalea is the 7th. Everybody get pumped for collegiate nationals in Clemson, SC this year on April 24 & 25!
